1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on orders over 2500 PKR. For orders under 2500 PKR, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges may apply)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to addresses within Pakistan. If you are located outside of Pakistan and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders may require a signature upon delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at +92-310-3087086 with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
